Chinese has always been regarded as one of the most difficult foreign languages in the world. The difficulty of Chinese is not only reflected in grammar, vocabulary and tone, but also reflected in a special writing system - Chinese characters. Chinese characters are the most difficult to learn Chinese. The effect of Chinese character learning has a direct impact on the learning interest and learning efficiency. In this paper, the research object is the students of 2+2 project of Dalian Industrial University and Mongolia College of Finance and economics. The researcher accorded at the difficulties and problems of Chinese characters learning for students in Mongolia in the early stage to sum up the teaching and learning strategies of Chinese characters in Mongolia. We will to help the students of Mongolia to learn Chinese characters, cultivate the interest of students in learning Chinese characters in Mongolia, promote Chinese learning of students in Mongolia.
