dc.description	Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working in the public health sector in Mongolia are heavily dependent on international donor organizations, which affects the financial sustainability of the sector. While external donor dependency enables project implementation in the short term, it undermines organizational independence over the long term and creates risks such as funding interruptions, human resource instability, and operational discontinuity. In recent years, efforts to develop domestic financial sources have increased, and new forms have emerged including membership fees, donations, crowdfunding, social enterprise, and corporate social responsibility partnerships, however, their effectiveness and practical implementation remain unsystematically studied. The purpose of this research is to analyze the financing structure of NGOs operating in Mongolia's public health sector, the level of external donor dependency, and the trends and development opportunities for diversification of domestic financial sources. The study employs a combination of methods including document analysis, quantitative data processing, interviews, and case studies, and identifies key structures such as organizational revenue composition, financial management, and the level of public-private partnership. Based on the research findings, core indicators for assessing the financial sustainability of NGOs will be identified and developed, and case studies of organizations that have successfully utilized domestic funding sources will be examined to comparatively assess their effectiveness, achievements, and challenges encountered. Policy and management recommendations will also be developed to reduce external donor dependency and ensure long- term financial independence. This research aims to support the sustainable development of Mongolia's public health civil society and is of significant value in providing useful information to sector decision-makers, development partners, and NGO management.	en_US
