基于财务分析视角的上市公司投资价值研究 ——以 ARD 金融集团股份公司为例

Abstract

At present, the Mongolian stock market is undergoing major changes. For example, starting in 2021, major changes to the banking law will be made, commercial banks will become joint-stock companies and a major IPO will be announced on the Mongolian stock exchange in June 2021. As a result, interest rates on savings and loans have fallen, and a lot of loose money is likely to enter the money market. At the same time, the stock market has recovered and people are beginning to invest more or less in securities, bonds, and cryptocurrencies. However, many people lose money by investing without any knowledge or analysis. This paper mainly analyzes the listed companies from the perspective of financial statements, taking ARD Financial Group Co., Ltd. as an example, studies its investment value, and then takes corresponding investment strategies according to its investment value. This thesis can be divided into five parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of the research. The second part is about the concept of financial analysis, the concept of the investment value of listed companies, and the analysis index of the investment value of listed companies. The third part introduces ARD Financial Group Co., Ltd, its financial analysis and investment value analysis; The fourth part puts forward the investment suggestions for ARD Financial Group Co., Ltd. Finally, the conclusion is drawn.
