THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO IDENTIFY UNDESCOVERED FACTORS THAT H INFLUENCE THE PURCHASE OF PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE BY YOUNG ADULTS IN ULAANBAATAR. THE SURVEY WAS BASED ON THREE FACTORS: COMPANY ATTRIBUTES, PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES, AND CONSUMER ATTITUDES AND PERCEPTIONS. IT WAS CONDUCTED ONLINE USING THE SNOWBALLING METHOD FROM 161 YOUNG ADULTS FROM EIGHT DIFFERENT DISTRICTS OF ULAANBAATAR. ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY, THERE IS A DEMAND OF PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE AMUNG YOUNG ADULTS, THEIR MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IS THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT. THEY ALSO ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING AND GATHERING INFORMATION ONLINE.
