dc.description.abstract The aim of this article is to study what is Initial public offering? How to getting IPO for non-bank financial institution. Why should NBFIs go public? What happened after IPO? In this case we chose one of Mongolian NBFI of Lendmn. Since LendMN how launched strong marketing strategies and advertisements in the local market. In recent years, microfinance has expanded in Mongolia. In addition to banks and savings and credit cooperatives, the participation of NBFIs has increased the interest in research, expanding its activities, so we are determining whether there is a positive impact on the company, industry, and the economy en_US
