Development of financial systems of foreign countries in the context of modern geopolitics

Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of the development of the financial systems of foreign countries. The financial systems of the United States of America and the People's Republic of China were chosen as the object of study. This choice is not accidental. The US and China are the world's leading economic powers, with the largest GDP of any country in the world. At the same time, the models of governance in these countries differ. If the market economy dominates in the United States, the share of the public sector in the structure of GDP is low, and private entrepreneurship is developed, then in China, the planning and administrative system plays a leading role, the share of the public sector in the economy is large, but market development mechanisms also function.
