Property law is a set of norms governing the relationship between legal entities related to property, such as the acquisition, possession, use, disposal, distribution, protection and social production of wealth. Property law is an independent subdivision of civil law, and property relations are relatively broad and subject to the regulation of other branches of law. For example, family law, customs law, tax law, and so on. The term property law first appeared in the 17th century, and since then every nation has entered its own legal system and developed into an independent subsector of civil law. This dissertation will focus on ownership. |
