dc.description.abstract The research on the world e-commerce market shows that the scale of the e-commerce market is growing rapidly year by year. This is because international shopping behavior has begun to revolute the traditional. Thus opportunities and advantages of e-commerce effectiveness grown great, so traditional retailers continue to enter the e-commerce market to increase sales. The arrival of e-commerce has brought a new trend to the development of enterprises and the economy in Mongolia. E-commerce in Mongolia started late. There are many problems in the current field of e-commerce, such as logistics, credit, secure payment, etc. In order to solve these problems, this paper studies the current situation of e-commerce development in China and Mongolia by referring to relevant literature. It can provide both a theoretical basis and a practical example for promoting the development of e-commerce in Mongolia. en_US
