Agricultural sector is major part of Mongolian economy. In this paper, we intended to emphasize possible approaches of VC firm to develop agricultural industry in Mongolian case. We did research on international successful examples regarding on the topic, such as: China,Japan, India and Israel. Analyzing financial statement on agricultural company, we found there is no possibility to get investment from VC firm. Therefore, getting technology transformation before VC investment, is potential approach to develop agri-sector. Hence, provided successful sample of technology transfer in Mongolia. Finally, paper emphasizes that get funding from VC firms for agricultural SMEs is possible.
