In recent years, people moving to urban areas have increased the demand for housing,
accelerated urbanization, and expanded ger districts without planning or regulation accounting for
more than 60 percent of the Capital City. This shows how much the housing market, the real estate
and construction sectors can grow further. However, in recent years, the rapid rise in housing prices
has attracted the attention of policy makers and researchers. Some researchers explained this rise
in housing prices in connection with the impact of projects and programs implemented in the sector
in recent years, while others have argued that there is a lack of supply of apartments that are in
compliance with people's purchasing power. |
